I assess your situation and determine your personal and work style. There are no judgments or criticism - that’s no fun and it doesn’t help anyway. We discuss your goals and how best to accomplish them. You may decide on intense hands-on assistance with my help throughout the process, or perhaps more of a do-it-yourself approach with a road-map that you can follow on your own. –It all depends on your needs, desires and budget; I offer flexibility throughout the process.
